Outside.in & Patch = Better Together

We are so excited to confirm the news today that we are merging with Patch.com.

We have watched the growth and success of Patch from their first day and were always impressed.

After lots of meetings with Tim, Jon and Warren the amazing team at AOL & Patch, we came to realize that our teams could do so much more together than either one of us could do separately.

I want to take this chance today to say thank you and congratulations to all involved.

The team at Outside.in does not consider this an exit, rather an entrance to the next phase of huge growth and success together with the team at Patch.

    Interesting concept but I didn’t care for the registration process to post. The categories are too limited in scope and don’t offer “other” and I can only pick one state (I blog from two) and further I had to choose from only the areas listed once I picked the drop down of state. None of the options was where I am.

    Once you broaden those horizons, I think more bloggers will venture into the merge.
